Greece's trade surplus increased slightly in July, the Bank of Greece reported on Thursday
The current account balance increased to 1.58 billion euros in July from 1.54 billion euros in the corresponding month of the previous year.
Trade deficit goods increased to 1.70 billion euros from 1.51 billion euros in the previous year. Meanwhile, the surplus in services rose to 3.75 billion euros from 3.28 billion euros.
At the same time, the primary income deficit increased to 395 million euros from 161 million euros.
Between January and July, the deficit current account in the country amounted to 2.2 billion euros compared with 1.6 billion euros a year earlier.
