The manufacturing sector in Malaysia continued to decline in June, although at a slower pace, the latest Nikkei survey showed. The production PMI was 49.5.
In May, the figure was 47.6. The index remains below the 50-point limit, which separates the expansion of the reduction.
The June figure reflected the slowest decline in output and new orders since March.
The price decline has reached its weakest level since March 2015.
